How do I create a business continuity plan?
The electric motor from this local business catched on fire. We removed the contents from the affected area and cleaned up.
While we can help you get back in the office after a disaster, you may need some more help getting the business running again. This is where a business continuity plan (BCP) comes in handy. There are three steps to a good BCP:
Assess Risks: You should consider both risks to personnel and revenue streams.
Develop Recovery Strategies: These will be the core of your BCP. You will select and implement strategies to best mitigate the risks you identified.
Test: The best way to be sure your plan will work is to give it a trial run before disaster strikes.
Don't forget to add calling SERVPRO to your BCP!
