Excellent job cleaning and renovating my home.

They sent a team of 2 people to clean my home's air ducts. Built in '83, our house ducts had never been cleaned. The team arrived on time, explained the process, and got the job done professionally and in a timely manner without disrupting my routine. They contained and removed duct debris & even power washed & dried the vent covers before reinstalling them. My house had always been really dusty. I considered getting a few portable air purifiers. I am so glad I instead called SERVPRO of Rocky Mount to have my ducts cleaned. The house even smells better. I will recommend them to my friends.

He advised me of all the options, and recommended the path that would be most cost effective and would give us the results we wanted. I would highly recommend their service.
